The Service provides access to a challenge-based competition platform where users can participate in various quests, challenges, and activities, either for entertainment purposes or with the opportunity to win prizes.

2.2 Coin System

The Service uses a dual currency system:

Silver Coins: Used for recreational participation with no cash redemption value
Gold Coins: Used for competitive participation with potential cash redemption value

2.3 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Purchase of Coins

Users may purchase Silver Coins and Gold Coins through our payment system. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3.2 Subscription Billing

If you select a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

3.3 Redemption of Gold Coins

Gold Coins may be redeemed for cash rewards according to the current exchange rate published on the Service, subject to minimum redemption amounts and processing times. We reserve the right to modify the exchange rate at any time.

3.4 Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from participation in the Service, including the purchase of coins, winning competitions, and redemption of Gold Coins. We may collect tax information and issue appropriate tax documents as required by law.

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 Content Submission

When you submit, upload, or otherwise make available any content on or through the Service ("User Content"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any format or medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to promoting and marketing the Service and our business.

4.2 Publicity Rights

You specifically grant us the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with your User Content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without additional compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to feature your participation in challenges (including photos and videos), competitions, testimonials, success stories, and promotional materials on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and third-party platforms.

4.3 Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the rights specified in these Terms for any User Content you submit
Your User Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights
You have obtained valid releases from all individuals appearing in your User Content

4.4 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit User Content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.

5. COMPETITIONS AND CHALLENGES

5.1 Rules and Eligibility

Each competition or challenge will have specific rules, requirements, and eligibility criteria, which will be published on the Service. We reserve the right to disqualify any user who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

5.2 Judging and Results

The criteria for winning competitions will be specified in the rules for each challenge. Our decisions regarding winners, prizes, and interpretations of rules are final and binding.

Many challenges may involve physical activity. You acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks of injury or harm and you assume all risks associated with your participation.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
